Common questions
What is a Box Break?+
A Box Break is an operator-run group buy of a sealed sports card box. The box is divided into lots — one per team. You buy the lot for your team, then watch the box get opened live on stream. Every buyer receives cards — there is no single recipient.
What is a Razz?+
A Razz is a user-hosted group purchase of a specific collectible. The item is split into spots at a fixed price. When all spots are claimed, a cryptographic selection determines which co-owner takes physical possession. You are buying a fractional ownership share, not a lottery ticket.
How is the selection fair?+
We use SHA-256 commit-reveal. A random seed is hashed and published before spots go on sale. After the razz fills, the seed is revealed and anyone can verify the result independently. This makes manipulation impossible — including by us.
How do I pay?+
You pay directly per spot or lot via Interac e-Transfer. Select what you want, reserve it, then send the exact amount to payments@razz.deals with your reference code in the message. No stored balance, no credit card required.
What if a razz does not fill?+
If a razz does not fill by its deadline, all confirmed buyers are fully refunded within 48 hours.
Who runs Razz.Deals?+
Razz.Deals is an independent Canadian sports card platform. Built by collectors, for collectors. Box Breaks are run by the platform operator. Razzes are hosted by verified community sellers.
